Submission Documentation Guideline
This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
The Harvard Cite Them Right rules must be followed to cite all references for accuracy and completeness.
All tables and figures must be numbered respectively and cited in the text.
Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission if those necessary to get permission on copyright rules.
All forms have been filled-out by the following examples listed in this document.
An abstract document properly prepared by the rules of downloaded document template.
Submissions have three part, in basics:
- Your chapter for proceedings book.
- Your abstract page for abstracts book.
- Your set of forms.
Please proceed to the Short-Paper preparation and abstract page preparation guide prepare the Group 1st and Group 2nd files.
3rd Group documents have been divided into four parts.
- 3a: Publishing Agreement that is required for your proceedings publish processes. This is a standard Springer Author agreement that needs to be filled out by the below examples. Please remember that the order of authors must be identical to your short paper author orders. Also, please follow the below example not to face any problem at the production phase. All information is required for each author.

- 3b: Copyright Declaration form is necessary for corresponding author to declare that they have successfully undertaken and applied the international copyright phenomenon on their behalf of authors. Please fill the name of your chapter, and your name, date and your signature. Please send this file into signed pdf format.
- 3c: Co-Author’s Publication Consent form is necessary to symposium management ensure this your paper have prepared and submitted with the knowledge of the authors. This can be a same form signed by the all authors, or each author may sign this form by their selves. However, corresponding author has to ensure all forms to be uploaded successfully.
- 3d: Permission request form is required on the condition that paper contains any kind of excerpts like but not limited to, paragraphs (entire sentences), tables (entire table), a graphic, an illustration, a picture, a draving, etc.
